Third Party Marketplaces Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketplaces Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee the sales of beauty and personal care products on leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of products, from catalog selection to pricing strategies, to drive revenue growth and catalog efficiency
Your responsibilities:
  • Catalog Management: Select product listings ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and attributes. Optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for maximum visibility and conversion collaborating with our Catalog Team
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive within the beauty and personal care category. Monitor pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to make data-driven pricing decisions
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand. Implement inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, coupons, and advertising initiatives. Manage sponsored product ads, optimize keyword targeting, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay up to date with Marketplaces policies and guidelines, ensuring all product listings and promotions are compliant. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to resolve any issues related to product authenticity, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance.

Strengths

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management, e.g.  Miravia & Amazon
  • Strong understanding of beauty and personal care products and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
