ICT Service Desk Representative - Let Your IT Passion Shine!Are you a technical wizard with a passion for IT? Do you have a keen eye for detail and an insatiable appetite for solving IT puzzles? We have exciting news for you! We are in search of a talented ICT Service Desk Representative to join our dynamic team at DocMorris.
What will you do?
As an ICT Service Desk Representative at DocMorris, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued colleagues. You will analyze and resolve the challenges and issues they encounter while guiding them through their digital journey. Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Providing first-line support to your colleagues via phone, Slack and email.
- Analyzing and solving various IT-related issues.
- Registering and documenting queries and incidents.
- Contributing to the knowledge base and sharing best practices with colleagues.
The team
You will become a part of the IT Operations department, where you can continuously exchange knowledge and experiences with an international team of approximately 5 IT Service Desk employees. Additionally, you will report directly to the Head of IT.

Strengths
What are we looking for?To be successful in this role, we expect the following from you:
- An MBO 3 or MBO 4 IT-related education.
- A passion for technology and IT.
- Good knowledge of networks, Windows, and IT security is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch and German.
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail – capable of identifying and articulating issues.
- Problem-solving ability and a critical mindset.
- An excellent team player who can quickly take on tasks.
