Test Manager (m/w/d)
Tasks
As a test manager, you coordinate extensive and cross-departmental tests of different contents in an agile manner.You will be responsible for the test planning and execution processes, resource requirements and reporting to all stakeholders.
Your challenging area of responsibility includes:
- Controlling and executing the tests on all test levels incl. intensive cooperation with functional departments, IT and project managers and the change and release management.
- Instructing and supporting the business units and IT in test management methods, e.g. in the creation and execution of complex use and test case scenarios across business unit and system boundaries
- Checking test planning, description and result documents with regards to efficiency, effectiveness and evidence
- Develop strategies for test process improvement and test automation
- Reporting progress to project/program management and stakeholders, documenting results and ensuring test acceptances
- Contributing to the prioritization and assessment of change requests
- Work in an Agile way with multiple product teams
Strengths
You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable and have several years of professional experience as a test manager, ideally in IT-related projects. Furthermore, you convince with the following qualifications:- ISTQB or TMap Certified
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Initiative and organisational skills
- Experience in Agile / Scrum desirable
- Experience in SAP projects is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Structured, determined, conscientious, independent and self-reliant working style
- High level of German and English, Dutch is an advantage
