You advise them on how to compete with operational HR issues, dribble through personnel processes, and jump over HR-related obstacles on the field.

Strengths
Big chance you will score a “3-pointer” if you:- Feel responsible for ensuring regular, accurate communication (verbal & written) with relevant parties across the business to ensure a fully supportive HR function
- Have obtained some years of professional experience as an HR partner/personnel officer or in a comparable operational function.
- Are IT literate, including all Microsoft practices and ideally HRIS Workday and HR communication tools
- fluent in German language and good command of English
- Possess an independent and self-reliant style of working as well as a structured way of working.
- The ability to work conscientiously in a team as well as independently.
- Preferably completed successfully a degree in economics, psychology or business education with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.DocMorris offers you:

This position is a part-time position for 36 hours per week.
